MOU : SCN with Iligan City, Philippines, 15 Aug 2023

MOU signing between Iligan city, DOST Region 10, Mindanao State University Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) and SCN on 15th August 2023.

Following the MOU signing, SCN launched the Smart Cities Youth Network (SCYN) Iligan chapter, comprising mostly of youths from MSU-IIT. A few catalyst projects have been scoped with a proof of concept to introduce video-analytics for their new Command Centre.

MSU-IIT has also formed a team to raise awareness of UN SDGs in Iligan and the barangays, which will be supported by a SCYN Iligan project team.
