MOU between SCN and LAO PDR Government, 3 June 2024

For this MOU, the Lao PDR Government was represented by the Department of Housing and Urban Planning under the Ministry of Public Works and Transport. This MOU focuses on strategic areas of smart cities are as follow :

  1. Policy and Regulatory Framework.

  2. Knowledge sharing and Capacity Building.

  3. Public-Private Partnerships and Investable Smart City Projects.

  4. Promote ASEAN Smart Cities Network.
